What is your business model?

It's simple. We try to build the best Facebook Store and charge a fair monthly subscription price for it. Please check our plans and pricing. There is a 7 day free trial.
On top of that, we also provide consulting and developer services for Facebook development.

What is the funding status of the company?

We are privately funded.

How many people do you have on your team?

We have 2 core members: Abdi and Hendro. However, there have been instances when we have hired contractors to assist us in certain projects.

How can you provide great customer support with such a small team?

By building a great product that satisfy our customers. Thankfully, we haven't received any complaints with regards to slow support so far (and hopefully won't!). We almost always reply our customers' emails within 24 hours.

Do you take a percentage of your clients transactions?

No and we don't have the intention to do so in the foreseeable future because that’s not our business model.

Where is the checkout process happening for buyers?

Moluko supports 2 types of stores. One is an independent Facebook Store where buyers click ‘Buy It Now’ button and will be redirected to Paypal checkout page. Another type redirects buyers to sellers' websites. Buyers complete the checkout process either on Paypal checkout page or on the companies’ websites.
